Made in America: This July, Periwinkle is going to showcase some of our fabulous designers and brands that are Made in America!
We already know the importance of shopping local, supporting our small businesses and keeping money in our neighborhoods and communities and we want to take this opportunity to highlight those designers and brands that choose to make their products in America. The “Made in USA” label represents a quality and craftsmanship that is unmatched. This is just a small way we can help grow our economy, create jobs and keep the American dream alive for our generation and future generations.
When we buy American made products, we not only support American manufacturers and American workers - we keep the economy growing. A recent Time magazine article points out that every $1 of manufacturing activity returns $1.48 to the economy.
